We have been able to load the data when converted to cdf format, but because it is the fast GC method it is only about 4.5mins long so looks chaotic and no chance of selecting useful intervals. The other issue is that the sample runs are all slightly different. Have you ever used fast GC with PARADISe and do you have any suggestions on how we could make it possible?
