Errors when deconvoluting the intervals

Hello,

I downloaded PARADISe, imported my data and selected the intervals. When I proceeded to the next step and clicked on "Fit models" I get the following Error:

paradiseDATA.getDATA (line 544)
paradiseDATA.getinternvalData (line 948)

paradiseDATA.calculateModels (line 183)

paradise.Analysis_Callback (line 1646)
AppManagementService.executeCallback (line 138)

@(@source,event)executeCallback(appdesigner.internal.service.AppManagementService.instance(),app,callback,requriesEventData,event) (line 63)

What does this mean, and how can I solve this?

Hi,

There seems to be a problem with accessing the data (chromatograms) from disk, it is not clear how this issue arise.  Is there any more information in the logbook?

If you start a new session can you reproduce the error? That will help in figuring out why it happens.

The "solution" to you problem is to export your interval definitions, then start a new session, load the CDF files, and then import the interval definitions. After that, you should be able to hit "Fit models" again.

Best,
Jesper
