First of, what version of PARADISe are you using? and does the problem occur if you reset the session? How many chromatograms are you loading? and are you loading them one at a time or all at once? Do they all start at 1 minute in Chemstation or is it only one sample? Are there any data/peaks before the 4 minute mark?
