First of, what version of PARADISe are you using?  version 6.0.1.

and does the problem occur if you reset the session? whn i load a different session with only one newly converted CDF file then it does not occur

How many chromatograms are you loading? im loading more than 100 chromatograms.

and are you loading them one at a time or all at once? loading them at once (select all)

Do they all start at 1 minute in Chemstation or is it only one sample? all start at aprox 1 minute at chem station

Are there any data/peaks before the 4 minute mark? yes there are.... in fact im loosing isoprene when i use Paradise with this issue im telling you.

But i will keep trying to see if it is a conversion issue, a loading many files issue, or sth else.
