It seems the problem is related to the graphics handling on you PC somehow. We have previously seen issues when the Java Runtime was not updated, as the graphics components are handled through Java. So updating might be a more permanent solution. If that still does not solve it, then check if your graphics drivers are up to date. Usually, they are updated automatically, but sometimes it is nice to double check.
