PARADISe will not start up

The program now opens up without any issues, even though I didnt do anything to solve the issue, so that is a bit strange. But nice it now seem to work.
Folders and files, as you mentioned above, are present. I didnt try the "delete default session" and "run as administrator" options.

The PARADISe program still works, when the external PC screens are reconnected to the laptop after startup of PARADISe (:

It seems the problem is related to the graphics handling on you PC somehow. We have previously seen issues when the Java Runtime was not updated, as the graphics components are handled through Java. So updating might be a more permanent solution.
If that still does not solve it, then check if your graphics drivers are up to date. Usually, they are updated automatically, but sometimes it is nice to double check.
Of course, if you are satisfied with your workaround, then just use that 🙂

I am glad you found a workaround, although it is less than ideal.
It seems the problem is related to the graphics handling on you PC somehow. We have previously seen issues when the Java Runtime was not updated, as the graphics components are handled through Java. So updating might be a more permanent solution.
