Model analysis progress not saved
Hi paradise team,
did you encounter that progress is not reliably saved yet? I'm analyzing a larger set of data and already in the deconvolution step it didn't always save the progress. But particularly now in the model analysis stage, my progress is not reliably saved once I restart the software and load in my project again.
Any idea what I might do wrong here?

We have encounter issue that are similar to the one you describe. Which version of PARADISe do you have installed?
We are in the process of spinning out PARADISe from the university and new versions are available at http://www.kromath.com

I use v6.0.1 atm.
And thanks for the link, I can see there is a newer version out - I'll give that a try.
