Quantification comparison

Hello,

I detected that if I compare the amount that Paradise assigns to a peak and the one that assigns directly the ChemStation after selecting the peak and making the report, is way lower with Paradise.

Do you know what may be the reason or any advise on how to address this issue? I don't know which values are more reliable.

Remember that these quantifications are relative, so the size doesn't really matter. What you should compare is if the two sets show the same relative differences. Does that make sense?
