The Copenhagen Chemometrics Group
N-way Course
This tutorial provides an introduction to multi-way analysis using MATLAB and the N-way Toolbox for version 2 and later.
The tutorial covers the three main multi-way models:
PARAFAC, Tucker, and N-PLS.
The material in the course and the N-way Toolbox is Free,
but appropriate referencing is appreciated.
Feedback on the course is welcome.
To reference the course,
use: “R. Bro, The N-way on-line course on PARAFAC and PLS.“

Download & off-line use
The N-way toolbox is compatible with MATLAB 5.x and higher, but an older version is available for MATLAB 4.2
Download the toolbox.
Uncompress the toolbox and be sure the path is included in your MATLAB path.
Remember to download the data sets as well, since they are used throughout this course.
After downloading and decompressing the files, please check the directory of updated files. If there are any files there, download these and overwrite prior ones.
